POLIS STUDIO INFORMATION

This spacious self catering first floor studio with large balcony in Polis, Paphos, Cyprus is available to rent and is situated in a managed complex of 124 apartments and studios,

The studio has two sets of large patio doors and a large window with sea view, is fully air conditioned with 2 single beds, table and chairs and a bathroom with shower and WC.

The holiday studio comfortably sleeps two in the open plan room and has satelite TV, a built-in wardrobe with fitted safe, a kitchen area with an integrated stainless steel sink / cooker unit with small cooking rings and a fridge. Crockery and cooking utensils are included and an airing / drying stand for clothes / towels is also provided. A room phone is included and international dialling can be provided as an option on request.

As this studio is part of a fully managed complex a choice of cleaning services from daily to weekly is available.

On the sun terrace you will find sun beds and a patio table a chair set.

Available to you during your stay is ample off road parking should you wish to hire a car to discover this amazing island of Cyprus.

Two pools are available, with showers and sun beds, as well as a pool bar and restaurant / breakfast area. A buffet style breakfast, with hot and cold food, is served daily and is payable locally when used, pre-booking is not required.

Reception is manned 24 hours a day and is there to help you get the most from your time in Polis, they can assist with taxi's, directions, local restaurant information and many other things.

A sauna, gym, jacuzzi and floodlit tennis court are also available at no extra charge.

Many water-sports, including scuba diving and motor boat hire, are available from both Latsi harbour or Polis town. Sea tours, including trips to the blue lagoon, are also available from Latsi harbour.
